How do I change my plan?

Open Preferences to change your muscle priorities, experience, equipment, sessions per week, or workout length. Tap Done to save.

Once you’ve completed a workout in a week, preference changes apply to your next week so your existing plan and history stay intact.

Do I need to train on fixed days?

No. Weeks are numbered, not tied to calendar dates. Complete the sessions on the days that work for you and move to the next week when you’re ready.

Can I use it offline?

Workout plans are generated on your iPhone, and exercise demonstrations are included with the app. Planning and training do not need an internet connection. App Store purchases and restoring purchases, when offered, use Apple’s services and may require a connection.

Where is my history stored?

Your preferences, plans, and completed workouts are stored locally on your iPhone. There is no What Set account or separate workout-sync service. Apple may include app data in your device backups, depending on your settings.

To remove local app data, delete What Set from your iPhone. Offloading keeps its data. Existing backups are managed separately. Read the privacy policy for details.

How do App Store memberships work?

If you purchase a membership, manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Apple’s subscription help explains cancellation. For billing or a refund request, use Apple’s purchase support.
